Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or variant (subject to availability):

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and approved


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process instead.
